We want you to love your gear, so if your new Ornot apparel doesn't fit or function as expected, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. Our goal is to get you back on the bike with the right kit as quickly as possible.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a packing slip, then securely package your items in their original bags.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once scanned, you will receive an email notification that your return is in transit.
Processing & Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange gear within 3-5 business days.
